Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policies

Course Evaluation & Credit Hours

  • WCP is required by its accrediting organization to collect, analyze, and report course evaluation data.

  • To receive Continuing Education (CE) credits, you must complete the course and submit the evaluation form.

  • The evaluation link will be emailed to the registration email address.

  • CE credits are awarded immediately upon evaluation submission.

  • You have 30 days to complete the evaluation. After 30 days, CEs will be forfeited.Here's some stuff

Missed Hours

  • If you miss course hours, WCP will work with you to make up the time through an alternative course or online training.

  • A $100 change fee applies.

Extensions

  • Extensions of up to 30 days may be granted for online courses.

  • If your request is submitted after the extension period has expired, you may be required to restart the course.

  • A $100 extension fee applies.

Payment Policies

  • Discount codes must be used at the time of initial registration.

  • Codes cannot be applied after registration.

  • Only one discount code per registration. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellation Policies

WCP Cancels or Reschedules

  • WCP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, seminars, and webinars.

  • If this occurs, registrants may receive a full refund, or transfer to a future event of the same type (only applicable to the initial registration).

  • Cancellation notifications will be sent to the email address on file at the time of cancellation.

  • WCP is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, hotel reservations, or any related expenses.

Student Cancels or Changes Registration Certification Courses

  • Students may cancel or change registration at any time by emailing info@woundcareprof.com.

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

  • All cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Change requests must be received at least 7 business days before the event start date and will incur a $100 change fee.

  • Registrants may request a three-month hold. Funds are forfeited if the course is not rescheduled within 3 months.

Manuals, Seminars, Webinars, & Product Purchases

  • All sales are final.
